Pros

Training available, learning of new software. They do help with H1B filling. No need to go to location to sign paper everything done online. Flexible hours.

Cons

No Compensation and/or benefits are horrible, . No paid vacation pay no Holiday pay. Health benefits are very costly. The owner tries to make you work more while not raising pay. They care very little about their employees. They pay the least possible. They only care about making profit rather than making employees happy. Owner very cheap.
