      Great academic work environment, ability to grow in position.

      Cons

      HR takes a long time to hire and frequently needed reminders. A lot of confusion between HR staff when I was hired for two separate but simultaneous positions.

      The pay is low but I know they are raising the minimum for grad students to 20 an hour September.
