Pros
Diversity is wonderful. It would be difficult to work here and not be open-minded; more companies should be this way. Benefits and compensation are competitive. Most of the people are good to work with.
Cons
If you start as an administrative assistant, it's hard to advance beyond that. This was a complaint I heard from a lot of admins. HR talks about work/life balance and flexible schedules, but in the 15 years I worked there, I never had a manager who was comfortable with anything but Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 5:00 in the office. As an admin, 90% of my work could have been performed from home. Parking is also an issue - $650 per year and it's quite a walk from the parking decks. Summers in Atlanta can be extremely hot and humid and of course walking in the rain is never fun.
