Pros
A very diverse campus, in all aspects, and also a great environment for intellectual thought and conversation. The work is meaningful and you are surrounded by the beautiful campus grounds that are very well kept.
Cons
A little hard to find direction. There are groups of supportive staff members, but it seems that more are focused on their studies and research than their students.
