The work schedule is flexible at times depending on the amount of patients you have.
Cons
There is no support at Winship. The work load is to heavy and the expectations are unrealistic. The turn over is extremely high and there is no upper level accountability. This place is a revolving door. I recommend just getting the experience and leave. It is very stressful and the pay is too low for what you do here.
