Pros
Great benefits, strong teamwork environment, open to receiving feedback, supportive of programming ideas, always able to collaborate with other offices and programs on campus
Cons
Can be bureaucratic at times which makes getting a task done a bit more difficult/time-consuming, there is always tons of paperwork which feels like it takes away from completing projects.
