Emory University offers many great benefits to its employees, including great retirement plans, decent pay, and adequate vacation time.

Cons

One of the major downsides to working as an employee at Emory University is that it does not offer parental leave for staff. Staff have the option of using sick leave, vacation leave, and short-term disability benefits; however, there is no defined parental leave policy. This puts Emory at a disadvantage when trying to attract top talent.
