      Good health and vacation and sick leave benefits

      Cons

      Lack of training opportunities for non- MD and non-PhD staff. HR responds poorly to complaints of abuse of employees by supervisors. Pay is not commiserate with job expectations. Internal hiring is slow and inefficient.
