Pay is competitive. Relatively Flexible hours. Alcohol industry so there's lots of perks and incentive vacations. Growing Company

Cons

Holidays are extremely time consuming. Occasional weekend work. Bi Monthly Meetings that go later than 8 pm. Very difficult to move up.
