Hostile work environment - Equipment Operator Empire Mining Employee Review

Very hostile and aggressive work environment that is ran by drunks with a chip on their shoulders, alot of the equipment was ran down with leaks ,and no working air conditioning both of which they absolutely refuse to fix. They literally work you 7 days a week with minimal days off, management downs equipment at the sight of MSHA to hide the equipment that they know wont pass an MSHA inspection. they also dont adhear to any safety measures as their crusher wasnt grounded putting everyone working on it in danger. If you don't fit in they will run you off or fire you under false allegations of wrong doing complete with write ups that never happened and these write ups were never seen or signed by the employee, they also enter your home without consent.
