I can handle my projects without someone watching my every move, which makes a big difference for me. Managing large exterior projects where residents are still on site is pretty challenging. I coordinate crews, check progress, and walk the property with clients to make sure everything lines up. The pay is good, and I get PTO plus health coverage as part of my benefits.

It can get quite busy, but the team works well together and the processes in place help keep projects on track.
