terrible communication - Anonymous employee Emplifi Employee Review

My experience with them has been quite strange. After three weeks of exchanging emails and scheduling attempts with an HR representative, I finally made it to the first Zoom meeting. That meeting went well, and I was told that another interview with the team members — the team I was applying to as an engineer — would follow. After more than a week with no update, I sent a follow-up and received a reply (again after more than a week) saying that someone had been on vacation and the position had been filled in the meantime. 😄 But another opening was offered to me. This time we actually reached the round with the team members, and that went well too. Today it’s been almost two weeks of silence. I’m honestly not sure if I even want to send another follow-up, because I keep asking myself one question: “Do I really want a job at a company with such a terrible communication culture?”
