Cons
Some corporations as Emplifi use empathy as a core value in their marketing efforts. However, it is disheartening to witness how this value is often merely a buzzword, lacking any meaningful implementation within the company when it comes to sudden layoffs. HR is totally unhelpful and no dialogue for a fair transition during a sudden termination. Despite approved paid time off, unused vacation days were not paid. Additionally, they offer insufficient severance packages, adding insult to injury for those who have dedicated their time and efforts to the company. Furthermore, the absence of regular performance reviews and the denial of well-deserved bonuses further highlight poor management. Leaves a lasting negative impression on both current and former employees.
