Nobody knows who Emplifi is, so the product, while strong, is rarely considered against top players in the market like Sprout, Sprinklr, etc. The Sales Organization is a bit of a mess. Quotas are unrealistic, commission structures are not favorable for reps. The entire Emplifi organization is comprised of several start ups, and it still has the feel of a bunch of disjointed teams within Emplifi.
