Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We acknowledge that this year has been particularly challenging, and we understand how difficult it is to be impacted by workforce reductions. And whilst we had to make the difficult decision to part with some colleagues, we have not conducted layoffs every quarter. Moving forward, our focus is on stabilizing the organization and supporting our people. We do not take lightly the fact that additional workloads may strain remaining team members and are very intentional about distributing the workloads in a fair and balanced way. Creating an environment where our workforce can thrive—and not merely get by—remains a priority as we continue implementing strategic changes. Thank you for your candid feedback.
