The past few years have brought challenges across the industry, and like many companies, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to part with some colleagues. These decisions are never easy, and we’ve worked to handle them thoughtfully, while remaining committed to supporting our teams. Regarding strategy, Emplifi continues to operate with a clear direction and long-term vision. Our leadership team regularly shares company goals through all-hands meetings, OKR updates, and open forums to ensure alignment and transparency across the company and all teams.
