Pros

Everything was good when I started. I was sold on a company who I could get behind. The culture seemed open and full of good people with a product that had the goal of changing the industry. It is easy to get bought in early.

Cons

This company is a sinking ship. Big change in sales, engineering, marketing and product teams. None positive. They preach an inclusive culture celebrating diversity. But they make bad hiring decisions based on gender and feelings and not on ability. The interview feedback they leave candidates is disgusting and are full of bias. The power trip interviewers have is very strong. The organization has lost most senior and middle management. Management clearly play favorites and come with little experiece and smug attitudes. There are people who add no revenue value on 6-figure salaries. All pressure is on the sales team. But without leadership how are they supposed to win? Engineering has no leadership direction and product teams do not engage marketing and sales.

Pros

It is hard to come up with any. It's bleak.

Cons

The company has changed significantly, and working here has become increasingly difficult. After major layoffs and continued attrition, many remaining employees are carrying expanded workloads with less support, fewer experienced teammates, and unclear ownership across departments. Role expectations, compensation, and commission structures have also shifted in ways that have reduced earning potential. Commission changes for the year were not rolled out until the end of May, nearly five months into the year, which reflects a broader issue with planning, transparency, and accountability. Leadership often feels disconnected from both employees and customers. There does not seem to be a meaningful process for frontline feedback, and cross-functional work is frequently slowed by silos, unclear priorities, and top-down asks that do not reflect the realities of the work.
