The company culture is amazing; very positive, very encouraging and supportive, and gives each employee the opportunity to succeed. If you work hard, you will get rewarded.

Cons

It's a "small business" running in a "big business" industry - a LOT to do, and right now the company is still growing. A lot of multitasking is required.

Culture: Family-like work envirnmenet from your local team to the owner of the company! They invest blood, sweat, and tears in every employee. No bad apples in this company. You will love your job! Charles Tope, Paul, and Mark-VP of Sales have an amazing leadership style that allows you the room to grow on your terms. Best company I have ever worked for.

Cons

The commission structure and salary were not agreeable. This put much stress on my shoulders as I had little hope of ever making enough to survive.
