Great company to work for! They really understand the family/work life balance and brings back Customer Service. The company cares about their employees and listens when you talk. I have worked for many other corporate businesses and have never received the kindness and respect as Employnet has given me.

Culture: Family-like work envirnmenet from your local team to the owner of the company! They invest blood, sweat, and tears in every employee. No bad apples in this company. You will love your job! Charles Tope, Paul, and Mark-VP of Sales have an amazing leadership style that allows you the room to grow on your terms. Best company I have ever worked for.

Cons

The commission structure and salary were not agreeable. This put much stress on my shoulders as I had little hope of ever making enough to survive.
