There is nun if they continue to get my check incorrect.

3rd time having to deal with idiots when it comes to a w4 3rd time having to deal with idiots when it comes to direct deposits and 3rd time having to deal with brainless morons when it comes to the correct amount that should be on my check. They promise they will get it right but they haven't yet and now i have to wait yet agian another extra 4 days to get paid.

Culture: Family-like work envirnmenet from your local team to the owner of the company! They invest blood, sweat, and tears in every employee. No bad apples in this company. You will love your job! Charles Tope, Paul, and Mark-VP of Sales have an amazing leadership style that allows you the room to grow on your terms. Best company I have ever worked for.

Cons

The commission structure and salary were not agreeable. This put much stress on my shoulders as I had little hope of ever making enough to survive.
