Pros
Room for advancement, and great opportunities for highly motivated employee. Compensation good if you ask for it.
Cons
The high deductible ($8000) Health Insurance. I have good health - so I am going with Basic, and that is working well with the HSA I contribute to paying costs easily. But, it would be a catastrophe if a ... catastrophic illness occurred, as my annual OOP cap is $13,000. I don't mind the high deductible, because the HSA makes it workable. But the annual OOP is untenable. Just adds unneeded worry/financial risk. Also, there is no formal process in place to give feedback to HR about HI, hence I'm doing it here.
