Favoritism is out of control especially at the corporate level. Monetary compensation is based on who you know, not on the quality of your work. There is no formal mentorship and there is a huge lack of communication amongst employees and their supervisors. There is no "team" environment nor team building. Lack of motivation/incentives from managers. Benefits are over-priced.
