Pros
Great atmosphere with leadership that tries to retain talent with reasonable salaries for that talent. Seemed to always go the extra mile for employees.
Cons
Competes against some bigtime lowball competitors that can lead to lost proposal bids because the government accepts the lowball offer, ultimately getting what they paid for but that causes an exodus of talent.
