Pros
The associates are Empower’s greatest assets; they are kind, helpful, and many will be my lifelong friends. Additionally, Empower is continuing to make significant headway on their external facing technology.
Cons
Within the call center, the idea that quantity over quality is an exercise in futility. Retirement Representatives are not equipped to function under the monumental pressures placed on them, especially given the lackluster internal resources available.
