Pros
Pay is competitive. Bonus program is a plus. Benefit offerings are great. The 6% match on 401k is nice. Empower cares about OUR financial and retirement success too! Employees can take advantage of free investment advice and free account management. They have informational sessions including open Q and A relating to retirement, such as social security, health care costs in retirement, how HSAs work, etc. They have a great employee recognition program too. Every time you're recognized you get points that can be redeemed for gift cards and all kinds of stuff. They don't take long to add up either! It makes it fun to give and receive recognitions. There is an online request to ask any HR questions. Their response time is incredible! Same with IT - very responsive! I have never worked for a company that enjoy this much!!
Cons
There needs to be better communication to employees on all the retirement PRODUCTS that are available. I'm sure there are some great things - we just don't know about them.
