This is by far the biggest joke of a company I have ever worked for. They recently acquired prudential and the merging was atrocious. I worked on the prudential side until they fully merged and the prudential side was awesome. Calls were back to back and you were required to work a total of 50+ hours a week. While the pay was great during overtime, burnout happened very fast. The empower manager I had was absolutely HORRIBLE. She was rude, had zero knowledge, and when one of the reps would give correct information she would berate us and tell us we were wrong until an SME had to jump in and say we were correct. She would threaten people and attempt to scare them, and would not help with ANYTHING. The back offices never did their job, or only did it halfway so the representatives would have to take the customer abuse because the company could not get it together. Because the company was so overwhelmed and underprepared with taking on so many new accounts, they advised us to do things like make new accounts for people even though FINRA legally requires you to have your series 7 and 63 for it. Absolute chaos, the company cannot get its ducks in a row and the employees suffer for it.
