Pros

Great ALF residents and rehab teams to work with. No weekends. Small incentives. Good PTO accrual.

Cons

No paid holidays. They cut the incentives for clinic directors in half. Corporate demands a lot from us and seem to only want higher numbers no matter.

Thank you for taking time to write a review; we value and appreciate your feedback. We’re jazzed that you have great co-workers and residents at your ALF! We’re equally happy to read that you appreciate our flexible schedule, no weekends, and PTO accrual rates! We appreciate your notes about productivity rates. We know that working with seniors can bring with it certain scheduling challenges. We hope you're discussing the issue with your leaders and with our Clinical Support team; they're there to help you find solutions so you can reach your goals with minimal stress. We’re listening to learn and hear your comments about paid holidays and Clinic Director incentives. We’re so happy you’re part of our team, and we look forward to continuing to work together to improve the lives of seniors — one day and one resident at time!

Pros

The work is satisfying. Working in ALF is great because it is working in their own home setting.

Cons

You are dependent on the rehab director of the building to help build the caseload, and often times they do not get compensation that motivates them to do that. The area directors do not have a good pulse on what the clinic director is actually doing; it’s not managed well.
