Thank you for sharing this feedback. No therapist at EmpowerMe should ever be pressured to bill for services they did not personally provide. What you describe is not consistent with our expectations, and we take concerns like this seriously. We encourage any former or current employee who experiences or observes billing pressure — or anything that feels uncomfortable from a compliance or ethical standpoint — to contact our Compliance team at 888-252-5406 so we can investigate. Quality care and ethical practice remain our priority.

Pros

The work is satisfying. Working in ALF is great because it is working in their own home setting.

Cons

You are dependent on the rehab director of the building to help build the caseload, and often times they do not get compensation that motivates them to do that. The area directors do not have a good pulse on what the clinic director is actually doing; it’s not managed well.
