Thank you for this wonderful review. We love to read that you’re with a group of like-minded co-workers who genuinely care about the older adults you serve and make a great team! We’re also jazzed that you appreciate the flexibility, we’re truly proud of that benefit. We appreciate your notes about productivity rates. At EmpowerMe, we value quality over quantity, and our goal is to create a workplace where we focus not on how many residents we serve, but on how well we serve them. Thank you for your continued dedication to our mission…with your help, we are making a difference!

Pros

The work is satisfying. Working in ALF is great because it is working in their own home setting.

Cons

You are dependent on the rehab director of the building to help build the caseload, and often times they do not get compensation that motivates them to do that. The area directors do not have a good pulse on what the clinic director is actually doing; it’s not managed well.
