Pros

At treating level, great staff.

Cons

Poor benefits. Constantly changing systems with no support internally. Incompetent, bullying and toxic upper management (micro management). They don’t follow their own mission statement of it’s” not how many it’s how well”. Productivity is shoved down your throats every day. Had to walk on eggshells every day. This once smaller rehab company has gotten way to big for its britches. Watch your professional licenses!!!!

Pros

The work is satisfying. Working in ALF is great because it is working in their own home setting.

Cons

You are dependent on the rehab director of the building to help build the caseload, and often times they do not get compensation that motivates them to do that. The area directors do not have a good pulse on what the clinic director is actually doing; it’s not managed well.
