Terrible upper management, unrealistic productivity standards, rude area managers. Didn't feel like my license was protected
EmpowerMe Wellness Response

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience with us didn’t align with our efforts to create an exceptional employee environment for all our team members.
We are especially concerned about the idea that you felt your license was in jeopardy. At EmpowerMe, we work hard to create opportunities for our therapists to advance in their field, and what you are describing is far from the kind of experience we try to build. Our HR team would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this situation further so we can focus our efforts on any areas where we can improve and work to ensure all employees have a great experience at EmpowerMe Wellness .
Thank you for this delightful review! We’re thrilled that your work environment is supportive! We’re also excited that flexibility, pay rate, and setting are among the top positives about your career with EmpowerMe Wellness! One of our core values is "We Have Fun" — and we’re elated that you’re living it!
Although you may be working independently, we hope you feel the support of the resources available that are just a quick click away – we’re here for you, albeit virtually!
We’re so happy you’re part of our team, and we look forward to continuing to work together to improve the lives of seniors — one day and one resident at time!
The work is satisfying. Working in ALF is great because it is working in their own home setting.
Cons
You are dependent on the rehab director of the building to help build the caseload, and often times they do not get compensation that motivates them to do that. The area directors do not have a good pulse on what the clinic director is actually doing; it’s not managed well.
