Expensive health insurance, PTO used for holidays and sick days, have to market services to patients/family/MDs to achieve metrics, metrics don’t change even if you’re short staffed, area director doesn’t communicate changes and just assumes that you know it’s different from a year ago, new hires are confused/not informed about expectations and hours they are going to get, productivity is still priority even if you have new employees to train, training is online, no one on on training with clinical support unless requested.
