Pros

Nice communities to work in

Cons

Hard to build caseloads so not getting our hours ourselves with co-pays some families don't want therapy because it is expensive.

Thank you for your feedback. While we're happy to hear that you liked the communities you worked in, we’re sorry that you didn’t have the experience we hoped you would. We’re always looking for additional therapists to meet our residents’ growing needs; however, we do sometimes experience a shortage of demand for our services in some regions. Thank you again — we wish you the best.

Thank you for this delightful review! We’re thrilled that your work environment is supportive! We’re also excited that flexibility, pay rate, and setting are among the top positives about your career with EmpowerMe Wellness! One of our core values is "We Have Fun" — and we’re elated that you’re living it! Although you may be working independently, we hope you feel the support of the resources available that are just a quick click away – we’re here for you, albeit virtually! We’re so happy you’re part of our team, and we look forward to continuing to work together to improve the lives of seniors — one day and one resident at time!
