Thank you for taking time to write a review. We’re jazzed to hear that you feel EmpowerMe has a great culture, you’ve got a great team, and you like our ideas for growth! While we do not offer paid holidays, we encourage our employees to use their accrued paid time off in conjunction with our flexible schedule to create a healthy balance between their work and personal lives by taking time off when it matters most to them. We’re listening to learn and would welcome your input and the ideas to improve our communication as we grow. We would appreciate hearing from you if you’d be willing to share additional information. Thanks again for sharing your experience; your feedback is very important to us!

Pros

The work is satisfying. Working in ALF is great because it is working in their own home setting.

Cons

You are dependent on the rehab director of the building to help build the caseload, and often times they do not get compensation that motivates them to do that. The area directors do not have a good pulse on what the clinic director is actually doing; it’s not managed well.

Thank you for taking time to write a review; we appreciate your feedback. We’re happy to hear that working at EmpowerMe Wellness is satisfying, and that you enjoy working in an assisted living facility! Through therapy, wellness, and connection to seniors – always be on the lookout for seniors at risk. Partner with your Director of Rehab, Area Director of Operations, and our Clinical Support team on what to look for & how to screen; they're there to support you! Our goal is to help seniors live stronger, safer, and more independent lives. We’re listening to learn and appreciate your comments about monetary motivation. We do have a monthly incentive designed to reward CD/DORs who deliver exceptional patient care, lead high-performing communities, and advance EmpowerMe Wellness’s mission. Thank you for your continued dedication to our mission…with your help, we are making a difference!
