Pros

Great coworkers, lunch is free

Cons

The area directors expect too much from us and we are talked down to and threatened for a productivity and getting more patients on caseload. The buildings that we work at are extremely nice to the point that we almost feel like servants and you have to be extremely careful about everything that you say and do

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're happy to hear that you enjoy your co-workers! We’re concerned to read your comments regarding your interactions with your leaders — especially concerning off-the-clock work. This runs counter to what we expect of our teams; if this is what you are experiencing, then we want to make sure we rectify the situation. We would appreciate hearing more from you if you’d be willing to share additional information. Thank you again for your response.

Pros

The work is satisfying. Working in ALF is great because it is working in their own home setting.

Cons

You are dependent on the rehab director of the building to help build the caseload, and often times they do not get compensation that motivates them to do that. The area directors do not have a good pulse on what the clinic director is actually doing; it’s not managed well.
