Thank you for your feedback and this delightful review! We love to read that you have a positive team, like your location, and list our HR team as one of your pros! We’re equally jazzed that you feel we have great benefits, and you enjoy our flexible schedule – it’s an important component of a career built for your life! We’re excited to share that our Engage360 employee survey is coming September 29-October 12. Please be sure to look for your invitation and participate. The changes we make are based, in large part, on the feedback we receive from our teams. Thank you for your continued dedication as we work to improve the lives of seniors every day. With your help, we are making a difference!

Pros

The work is satisfying. Working in ALF is great because it is working in their own home setting.

Cons

You are dependent on the rehab director of the building to help build the caseload, and often times they do not get compensation that motivates them to do that. The area directors do not have a good pulse on what the clinic director is actually doing; it’s not managed well.
