Pros

Friendly Work Environment. The people you work with are generally very friendly and willing to help you out with tasks when you ask. Including upper management. Lots of overtime pay and half-decent benefits.

Cons

Long hours and incredibly high expectations can lead to a loss in work-life balance. Management thanks you for your hard work by continuing to add to your work load while paying a stagnant wage. Worker shortages across the company cause a detrimental effect across operations.

Pros

The pay is okay - if you can get enough hours each week.

Cons

Mgmt is horrible, toxic and vindictive. Almost no communication with crew, only threats and condescension. Medical and dental is garbage but costs a lot anyway. The vans and equipment are run down, filthy and broken most of the time. The vans are also not as "armored" as they describe them being. Safety of the drivers is somehow not much of a concern when it comes to the vans being secure.
