Pros
They have 401 k, dental, medical and vision insurance. The down side is the name is generic and dental offices don't recognize the insurance which was a problem for me when trying to get an appointment. They are very super nice during interviewing process because they are desperate for people.
Cons
They work you to death. I find myself working 50 hours a week. If you are desperate for work come apply. They take your sick days out of your vacation days and you accrue no more than 2 sick days a year vacation no more than 2 weeks. I have worked here from 6 am to 7 pm, 8 pm 9 pm 10 pm there is no limit!!! There is no holiday pay only time and a half. I gave up better health insurance, holiday pay for a job that has no work life balance. and for what you are expected to do not worth it. If you give feedback it is turned around and put back on you.
