The pay is okay - if you can get enough hours each week.

Mgmt is horrible, toxic and vindictive. Almost no communication with crew, only threats and condescension. Medical and dental is garbage but costs a lot anyway. The vans and equipment are run down, filthy and broken most of the time. The vans are also not as "armored" as they describe them being. Safety of the drivers is somehow not much of a concern when it comes to the vans being secure.
