Our training is designed to empower every employee and give them resources to resolve escalations and meet our client’s needs. It is very concerning to us to hear that you feel you cannot reach out to your supervisor to assist a client. Meeting our client needs is our top priority. Our clients expect prompt and accurate case management and the Client Service Representatives at Empyrean do an excellent job of meeting those expectations. No process is sacred and we are always trying to improve with new ideas.
