generous PTO (20 days/year in your first year) nice, casual culture with jeans, TV's in snack rooms, table tennis, socials good health benefits, $3000 referral bonus and continuing education hours allowance free parking - unusual for inside the 610 loop everybody knows you and seems to care, even the "C" level people flexible hours - come in early or come in late, just get your work done exciting to work for a company that is growing and innovating

starting salary could be higher, but the raises are above average high work load during the "busy" season - but every industry has that problem
