Pros

Hybrid work environment (was Remote but that recently changed) The people are very knowledgeable and you'll learn a lto

Cons

I appreciate the people I work with here but the grind is non-stop. It's gone beyond me being tired of working 55 hour weeks to my family being tired of me working 55 hours weeks. Leadership will not hire enough people to do the work and its up to us to pick up the slack. Almost everyone here is constantly burnt out and tensions are sky high. Add to this that they recently introduced a return to work order that requires people to come in 2 days a week if they live within 50 miles as the crow flies. That's 60+ miles of drive time during rush hour for some folks. Add the unpaid overtime, since BSA IIs and up are salaried, and you're putting 55 hours a week of work 5+ hours of drive time for some folks (no addtional pay is being offered for this btw). It's unsustainable, I'm shopping my resume around now to companies that can afford to hire enough people to do the work. This needs to change.

Pros

Trainers and RM's are supportive. Plus the work life balance is the only pros I can think of

Cons

Pay for BSA is WAY less than average salary of a Business Systems Analyst. The managers, they would be nice to my face and share limited feedback but will come up with a ton of "Concerns" when meeting my RMs. Consider yourself lucky if you are assigned any group other Rosser. People might differ, but I had terrible experience with them. hey will not let you grow and have selective biasness. They would make you work your sweat off during the busy season while the management enjoys holidays, come back and put you on coaching plan simply because you "couldn't deliver". Wow
