Hourly employees deserve respect. - Machine Operator EnPro Employee Review

The management where I work only cares about their salaried employees and not about the hourly employees. The HR Dep't is unprofessional as well as almost the rest of the upper management team. They don't care that the hourly employees are actually paying their salaries with the product we put out, and if it wasn't for us, then they wouldn't have jobs. They are ruthless, uncaring individuals and if they gave a little bit of respect, they would get some in return.
