Pros
Excellent benefits, pay is fair (always could be higher) Supervisors overall do a good job of leading. Transparent reporting on financials is amazing, best I've ever seen. Genuinely nice people that want to support you.
Cons
Very busy, growing organization (which is also good) means that workloads can be high. Consulting makes for a tight balance of too much vs. too little staff. Some PMs play favorites. They talk about flexibility in hybrid work, and some do really well, some not so much. Supervisors required to focus on client work, they need more time to develop their people.
