Field offices provide broad exposure to operations. Plenty of training opportunities provided. Company values are meaningful and do help to guide decisions.
Cons
Enbridge can be very bureaucratic and slow to react to some issues. Vast management systems are in place to try to help with consistency, but they were developed in silos and few employees actually understand them.
