Pros
People are friendly and easy to work with. Less than market salary, but decent benefits, stock options, and bonuses. Company culture encourages integrity and safety. Almost impossible to get fired.
Cons
Lack of innovation. Very slow in making changes. Constant organizational structure changes. Individual contribution sometimes goes unrecognized. Staff with lots of years of company-experience become stagnant in their skills.
