Good Pay, Bad Culture - Coordinator Enbridge Employee Review

Bad culture. Aside from the company cutting back every few years lately through workforce reductions, policies and values seem to only apply to those closer to field level. Promotions are often done through cronyism, and not on qualifications or experience. There has been a big shift away from safety in the way people have been promoted lately, and I don't think management sees it.
