Great working environment and extremely engaging. New ideas are always supported by other colleagues and help is always around the corner when trying to bring new ideas to fruition. Development of self is always encouraged. You own your own future. Surveys are the new norm asking questions about the job performance of directors, managers and groups that you interact with. Pay is competitive with the rest of the industry.
Cons
Sometimes it seems like an old boys club, but the culture is slowly changing. It's known to be very hard to get your foot in the door, but once in you can write your own future.
