      I absolutely love working for encompass health! I feel valued at work daily and there is room to grow within the company. I feel supported by senior leadership and feel that my opinion and ideas matter. Additionally the patient care is fantastic, I would not hesitate to send a family member to Encompass Health of Tinton Falls.
