      Pros

      Good mentorship for entry level therapists, leaders are fabulous at showing appreciation for their departments & good indiscipline relationships.

      Cons

      The only thing I can report is based on second hand information, which is that not all facilities are run exactly like this one & thus there is a huge variance from location to location.
